Seoul National University’s Hwang Woo-Suk has reported his findings in the Journal Nature after being involved in producing the first cloned dog.

The dog, named Snuppy, was born on April 24. He is an Afghan hound. The issue presents a whole host of ethical questions for researchers in the stem cell field.

Companies like Amgen are interested in the technology, as is accounted in Fortune Magazine for making human-safe pharmaceuticals. The business sector relies on technology improvements to make life saving realities.

The Los Angeles Times has reported that Snuppy came from the DNA of the tissue of the ear of the original canine.

According to ABC News Associated Press reporter JI-SOO KIM, Korea has declared that we are still a long way from creating clones of monkeys, which have a great deal more human-like traits.

Slashdot actually reported an RSS feed yesterday at 4:15 p.m. regarding the BBC and Reuters News articles which told of the two successful terms of gestation for Snuppy. “the South Korean team only obtained three pregnancies from more than 1,000 embryo transfers into 123 recipients.” (BBC).

Kennel experts, according to the BBC, agree that there will be many moral issues to contend with, especially among pet lovers.

A team of expeditioners from Australia has found the remains of the first airplane ever taken to the Antarctic. The find was made at Camp Denison.

The expedition is in Antarctica to help conserve huts used by the Australian explorer Douglas Mawson in the early twentieth century. The team unsuccessfully searched for the aircraft for three summers. The plane, which was a single-engine Vickers built in 1911, has been lost in the Antarctic ices since 1975. It was the first aircraft produced by the Vickers plant in France.

Before Mawson’s 1911–14 expedition, the aircraft was damaged due to a crash. Mawson had apparently decided to use the machine as a motorised sled instead; however, the engine wouldn’t function properly under very low temperatures, and the plane was later abandoned.

“[We’ve used a] Magnetometer, ground-penetrating radar, metal detectors and all sorts of things to try and look for it, but in the end it was just a combination of a very low tide, good weather and a thin ice melt,” commented Tony Stewart, a member of the team, as quoted by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. “Our carpenter was just taking a walk along the beach and just saw the metal in 10 centimetres of water, just right next to the ice.”

“The ice melts back very quickly, it’s on the edge of a harbour which is covered in sea ice most of the year and then as summer comes the edge of the ice gradually pulls off in huge chunks,” he continued. “This is the first time those rocks have been exposed in that area for some time so we’ve been walking around that area above the air tractor not knowing it was there under our feet all this time.”

Strathclyde Police have arrested a 19-year-old man in relation to a reported incident of a boy, aged four, being sexually assaulted in the toilet of an Asda supermarket in the town of Clydebank in West Dunbartonshire, Scotland. The suspect is being held in police custody and has an appearance scheduled for Tuesday at Dumbarton Sheriff Court.

Police were initially alerted to the incident at 31 Britannia Way in Clydebank approximately 1355 BST (1255 UTC) Tuesday. According to Sky News, the boy’s mother had given him permission to enter the toilet by himself as she waited outside. Police said the incident took place in the minutes following the boy’s entrance into the toilet; upon his departure, the boy raised the alert.

“This is an isolated incident, nevertheless, one that has caused significant stress to the young child and his family,” said Detective Inspector Graham Cordner, who said the child was not injured and is at home with his family.

Police said that they had taken one whole day to interview the child and an additional day to have initial investigations into the incident. All supermarket staff have been questioned and CCTV video has been examined.

“We have taken this report very seriously”, said a spokeswoman for Asda. “We alerted the police and are supporting them fully in their investigation.”

A US$14 billion bailout package deal for the “Big Three” United States automakers — Chrysler, Ford, and General Motors — has been rejected in the United States Senate after failing a procedural vote.

The bill was rejected after bipartisan discussions on the bailout broke down when Republican Party leaders insisted that the United Auto Workers (UAW) union agree to increase wage cuts by next year in order to bring their pay into line with those of Japanese automobile companies in the United States. The UAW refused to meet the demands.

The final vote count in the Senate was 52-35, eight short of the 60 needed to pass. Only ten Republicans joined forty Democrats and two independents in voting for the bill. Three Democrats voted with thirty-one Republicans against it.

Senate Majority leader Harry Reid said that he was “terribly disappointed” by the failure of the bill to pass. “I dread looking at Wall Street tomorrow. It’s not going to be a pleasant sight,” Reid said. “Millions of Americans, not only the auto workers but people who sell cars, car dealerships, people who work on cars are going to be directly impacted and affected.”

Republican Senator Bob Corker was also unhappy about the rejection. “We were about three words away from a deal. We solved everything substantively and about three words keep us from reaching a conclusion,” he said.

Some Democrats now want U.S. President Bush to reserve a portion of the $700 billion bailout package earmarked for Wall Street to assist the flagging car industry.

Stock markets worldwide fell dramatically on the news, with Japan’s Nikkei average losing 484.68 points, or 5.6 percent, reaching a level of 8253.87 points. Shares in the auto companies Toyota, Nissan and Honda all dropped by no less than 10 percent apiece. European stocks, such as those in the United Kingdom and Germany, also lost ground, with the FTSE-100 index of leading shares falling 176.3 points to a level of 4,211 at midday.

An elderly woman has died in a house fire in South Yorkshire, England. The woman, who is currently remaining unidentified, was blind and 93-years-old when her bungalow in Sheffield caught fire as a result of an accident in her kitchen yesterday afternoon.

An internal investigation into the fire has suggested that while the woman was cooking, she dropped a towel onto one of the stovetops while attempting to move a pan on the cooker. The towel then set alight. When she attempted to put out the fire, the towel dropped to the side of the cooker, alongside some plastic bags.

A smoke alarm sounded; a nearby resident heard the alarm and went to assist. The neighbour managed to break into the bedroom window of the bungalow in order to be able to get inside the building. The person made it to the hallway but had to double back upon seeing the fire and the smoke. It is believed that the woman was overwhelmed by the fumes given out from the plastic which was burning.

At around 1350 GMT, fire service workers entered the elderly lady’s residence to find her collapsed inside the kitchen. People investigating the incident have come to the conclusion that this particular fire was an accidental one. A spokesperson for the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service noted: “Neighbours who tried to enter the property were fought back by smoke and flames.”

Moderate flooding has hit the province of Nakhon Sri Thammarat in southern Thailand. Moderate to heavy rain persists in the area, further exacerbating the flooding conditions. The northeast monsoon has intensified the flow of rainfall-laden air from the Gulf of Thailand. Torrential rains have been plaguing the nine southernmost provinces of the country for nearly two weeks and further downpours are forecast for later this week.

Thung Song District in Nakhon Sri Thammarat province is experiencing waist-high floodwaters in downtown shopping areas. Transportation has ground to a halt in affected areas. In Songkhla Province, the government has called for steps to be taken to prevent further flooding of the commerial district of Hat Yai. Rail tracks have been lifted in some areas to permit flood waters to leave the city, and the Thai Navy has been ordered to take part in relief efforts.

In Muang District of Nakhon Sri Thammarat, many roads have been closed and sandbags are being deployed to help affected businesses. Schools throughout the province have been closed because of flooding conditions. Other provinces, including Phattalung, Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat, Trang, Sukhothai and Satun have experienced similar problems with high tides and heavy rain paralysing much of the region.

The Meteorological Department of the Thailand Ministry of Information and Communication Technology issued a weather advisory concerning the flooding, “People in the lower South and navigators in the Gulf of Thailand should exercise caution and small boats should stay from December 15 until December 18.” It is reported that this has left some tourists stranded on smaller resort islands in the Gulf of Thailand.

Across the border in Malaysia, three are reported to have died and over 10,000 been evacuated as a result of the flooding.

Across Egypt hundreds of thousands have taken to the streets for the day, marking exactly one year since the outbreak of protests leading to 83-year-old longstanding ruler Hosni Mubarak’s downfall. The country’s decades-long emergency rule was partially lifted this week; meanwhile, a possible economic meltdown looms and a newly-elected parliament held their first meeting on Monday.

Despite the new parliament, military rule introduced following Mubarak’s fall last spring remains. Echoing the demands from a year ago, some protesters are demanding the military relinquish power; there are doubts an elected civilian leader will be permitted to replace the army.

The brief unity against Mubarak has since fragmented, with Secularists and Islamists marking the revolution’s anniversary splitting to opposing sides of Cairo’s famed Tahrir Square and chanting at each other. Initial demonstrations last year were mainly from young secularists; now, Islamic parties hold most of the new parliament’s seats — the country’s first democratic one in six decades.

Salafis hold 25% of the seats and 47% are held by the Muslim Brotherhood, which brought supporters to Cairo for the anniversary. Tahrir Square alone contained tens of thousands of people, some witnesses putting the crowd at 150,000 strong. It’s the largest number on the streets since the revolution.

Military rulers planned celebrations including pyrotechnics, commemorative coins, and air displays. The Supreme Council of Armed Forces took power after last year’s February 11 resignation of Mubarak.

Alaa al-Aswani, a pro-democracy activist writing in al-Masry al-Youm, said: “We must take to the streets on Wednesday, not to celebrate a revolution which has not achieved its goals, but to demonstrate peacefully our determination to achieve the objectives of the revolution,” — to “live in dignity, bring about justice, try the killers of the martyrs and achieve a minimum social justice”

Alexandria in the north and the eastern port city of Suez also saw large gatherings. It was bitter fighting in Suez led to the first of the revolution’s 850 casualties in ousting Mubarak. “We didn’t come out to celebrate. We came out to protest against the military council and to tell it to leave power immediately and hand over power to civilians,” said protestor Mohamed Ismail.

“Martyrs, sleep and rest. We will complete the struggle,” chanted crowds in Alexandria, a reference to the 850 ‘martyrs of the revolution’. No convictions are in yet although Mubarak is on trial. Photos of the dead were displayed in Tahrir Square. Young Tahrir chanters went with “Down with military rule” and “Revolution until victory, revolution in all of Egypt’s streets”.

If the protestors demanding the military leave power get their way, the Islamists celebrating election victory face a variety of challenges. For now, Field Marshall Mohamed Hussein Tantawi — whose career featured twenty years as defence minister under Mubarak — rules the nation and promises to cede power following presidential elections this year.

The economy is troubled and unemployment is up since Mubarak left. With tourism and foreign investment greatly lower than usual, budget and payment deficits are up — with the Central Bank eating into its reserves in a bid to keep the Egyptian pound from losing too much value.

Last week the nation sought US$3.2 billion from the International Monetary Fund. The IMF insists upon funding also being secured from other donors, and strong support from Egypt’s leaders. IMF estimates say the money could be handed over in a few months — whereas Egypt wanted it in a matter of weeks.

The country has managed to bolster trade with the United States and Jordan. Amr Abul Ata, Egyptian ambassador to the fellow Middle-East state, told The Jordan Times in an interview for the anniversary that trade between the nations increased in 2011, and he expects another increase this year. This despite insurgent attacks reducing Egyptian gas production — alongside electricity the main export to Jordan. Jordan exports foodstuffs to Egypt and has just signed a deal increasing the prices it pays for gas. 2011 trade between the countries was worth US$1 billion.

The anniversary also saw a new trade deal with the US, signed by foreign trade and industry minister Mahmoud Eisa and U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk. President Barack Obama promises work to improve U.S. investment in, and trade with, nations changing political systems after the Arab Spring. Details remain to be agreed, but various proposals include US assistance for Egyptian small and medium enterprises. Both nations intend subjecting plans to ministerial scrutiny.

The U.S. hailed “several historic milestones in its transition to democracy” within a matter of days of Egypt’s revolution. This despite U.S.-Egypt ties being close during Mubarak’s rule.

US$1 billion in grants has been received already from Qatar and Saudi Arabia but army rulers refused to take loans from Gulf nations despite offers-in-principle coming from nations including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates. Foreign aid has trickled in; no money at all has been sent from G8 nations, despite the G8 Deauville Partnership earmarking US$20 billion for Arab Spring nations.

A total of US$7 billion was promised from the Gulf. The United Kingdom pledged to split £110 million between Egypt and Arab Spring initiator Tunisia. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development says G8 money should start arriving in June, when the presidential election is scheduled.

The African Development Bank approved US$1.5 billion in loans whilst Mubarak still held power but, despite discussions since last March, no further funding has been agreed. The IMF offered a cheap loan six months ago, but was turned away. Foreign investment last year fell from US$6 billion to $375 million.

Rights, justice and public order remain contentious issues. Tantawi lifted the state of emergency on Tuesday, a day before the revolution’s anniversary, but left it in place to deal with the exception of ‘thuggery’. “This is not a real cancellation of the state of emergency,” said Islamist Wasat Party MP Essam Sultan. “The proper law designates the ending of the state of emergency completely or enforcing it completely, nothing in between.”

The same day, Amnesty International released a report on its efforts to establish basic human rights and end the death penalty in the country. Despite sending a ten-point manifesto to all 54 political parties, only the Egyptian Social Democratic Party (of the Egyptian Bloc liberals) and the left-wing Popular Socialist Alliance Party signed up. Measures included religious freedom, help to the impoverished, and rights for women. Elections did see a handful of women win seats in the new parliament.

The largest parliamentary group is the Freedom and Justice Party of the Muslim Brotherhood, who Amnesty say did not respond. Oral assurances on all but female rights and abolition of the death penalty were given by Al-Nour, the Salafist runners-up in the elections, but no written declaration or signature.

“We challenge the new parliament to use the opportunity of drafting the new constitution to guarantee all of these rights for all people in Egypt. The cornerstone must be non-discrimination and gender equality,” said Amnesty, noting that the first seven points were less contentious amongst the twelve responding parties. There was general agreement for free speech, free assembly, fair trials, investigating Mubarak’s 30-year rule for atrocities, and lifting the state of emergency. A more mixed response was given to ensuring no discrimination against LGBT individuals, whilst two parties claimed reports of Coptic Christian persecution are exaggerated.

Mubarak himself is a prominent contender for the death penalty, currently on trial for the killings of protesters. The five-man prosecution team are also seeking death for six senior police officers and the chief of security in the same case. Corruption offences are also being tried, with Gamal Mubarak and Alaa Mubarak accused alongside their father Hosni.

The prosecution case has been hampered by changes in witness testimony and there are complaints of Interior Ministry obstruction in producing evidence. Tantawi has testified in a closed hearing that Mubarak never ordered protesters shot.

Hisham Talaat Moustafa, an ex-MP and real estate billionaire, is another death penalty candidate. He, alongside Ahmed Sukkari, was initially sentenced to death for the murder of his ex-girlfriend, Lebanese pop star Suzanne Tamim. A new trial was granted on procedural grounds and he is now serving a fifteen-year term for paying Sukkari US$2 million to slit 30-year-old’s Tamim’s throat in Dubai. Her assassin was caught when police followed him back to his hotel and found a shirt stained with her blood; he was in custody within two hours of the murder.

The court of appeals is now set to hear another trial for both men after the convictions were once more ruled unsound.

A military crackdown took place last November, the morning after a major protest, and sparking off days of violence. Egypt was wary of a repeat this week, with police and military massed near Tahrir Square whilst volunteers manned checkpoints into the square itself.

The military has pardoned and released at least 2,000 prisoners jailed following military trials, prominently including a blogger imprisoned for defaming the army and deemed troublesome for supporting Israel. 26-year-old Maikel Nabil was given a three year sentence in April. He has been on hunger strike alleging abuse at the hands of his captors. He wants normalised relations with Israel. Thousands have now left Tora prison in Cairo.

Sometimes knowing what not to do can be just as valuable as knowing what to do. So if you are interested in financial freedom, then you may want to pay attention to this info. Here, I will explain the steps to complete and utter brokeness. Read and enjoy.

Don’t Have a Vision

Where there is no vision, the people perish! This is the first and most important step in a persons quest for complete and utter broke-ness. There are a lot of people who want to be rich, but interestingly enough, very few have defined what rich is! Does rich mean $100,000 per year? Does it mean $500,000 per year? Most people have no idea. You see, it is literally impossible to reach a goal that you dont have. So, if you want to insure that you never reach financial independence, then just dont define exactly what it is! If you do this, there is a great chance that you will be on the path of going broke.

Don’t Have A Plan

You may or may not have heard this phrase before, but I will state it here. Most people do not plan to fail, they just simply fail to plan! If you have made the mistake of having a clear vision, you can always kill it by not having a plan. Here is an example. Lets say that you have decided that you want to go to Los Angeles California, but you really dont want to get there. Dont get a map. Dont figure out how much time it will take you or what you will need to get there. Just get in your car, back out of the driveway and make a left! Though it is not guaranteed (as you may already live in L.A), there is a great chance that you wont get there.

So if you want to retire on $200,000 a year, the last thing you want to do is figure out how much money you need to save to accumulate enough to withdraw $200,000 per. And then even worse, for you to actually calculate how much money you have to save to reach that goal, and implementing a plan to do so would be futile!

Spend Out of Control

If the truth be told, most people are not just compulsive spenders. Most people dont just go out and blow money mindlessly. But the encouraging thing in this case is that most people are in fact, out of control spenders. The way you spend money is either controlled or not controlled. So if you dont have a spending plan or a wealth plan, and you are not controlling your spending, then you are spending money out of control.

This is a good thing if you want to be broke. The last thing you need to do is draw up a spending plan and start saving money to invest toward wealth. If you do a spending plan, it would also be good if it is NOT written in advance. Just keep it out there in space somewhere. Dont worry, you can remember everything.

You also want to avoid paying for things in cash. You see, it is a known fact that when you spend cash, you spend less (you can actually see the money leaving your hands). When you spend with plastic, and you dont see the money, you are much more likely to spend more. This is why everywhere you go, they are always asking you if you want a store card. They know this! So GET those store cards. Dont use cash, use plastic.

Get Consumer Debt

These previous actions will lead to lots and lots of consumer debt. Consumer Debt is good in many ways. You obviously cant invest money if you are spending it on debt. With debt also comes stress, which ruins your health. Bad health leads to more debt. Stress and fear moves you out of the confident state of mind you need to be in to accomplish goals.

Get A Low Rate of Return

Stick with low percentages with your money. What you can always do, is save your money in a BANK. What interest rates are banks paying now? If an 18-year-old were to put $20,000 into a bank that was paying 2% interest, it would double to $40,000 in 36 years! In 72 years, it would double again to $80,000. When this 18-year-old becomes 90 years old, he/she can retire with $80,000. $80,000 72 years from now is BROKE.

So if you want to achieve broke-ness, dont ever invest in anything at all. You see investments (whether it is the stock market, a business, real estate, etc.) are risky. Dont invest in things that are risky. Put your money where it is guaranteed Guaranteed TO KEEP YOU FROM RETIRING! Never become an owner of your money. Always give it to the middle man (The Banks), let them invest it and pay you crumbs in return.

Stay Away From Knowledge

Lack of knowledge is beautiful when it comes to finance. There are thousands of financial institutions out here waiting to rip you off when you dont know any better. Never do your own research about anything financial. Just open your phone book and call a specialist or listen to an advertisement on TV or radio and call right in. There is no need to spend money and time to educate yourself on personal finance.

Depend on Others

Another great way for a person to stay broke is to depend on other people, rather than move toward self reliance. You see, one of the great benefits of lack of knowledge is that you can pay money (as if you arent broke enough), and hire somebody, and depend on them to do your finances for you. And, since you dont really know anything, then there is no way for you to know if what they are telling you is right.

Why spend $50, $100 or even $200 educating yourself on finance, when you can pay someone who you dont know hundreds and even thousands of dollars (in brokerage fees & per hour fees) to get you where you want to be?

And since the financial services industry in general, has proven itself incompetent (to the point of in many cases financial companies having to merge with other companies, or be bailed out by the government because they cant even keep THEMSELVES in business), depending on a rep from one of these companies without knowledge is a great way to increase your chances of being broke.

Another great thing that you can do, is to depend on your children to take care of you. Most parents inadvertently make this decision when they decide to spend all of their money saving for their kids college education, rather than saving for their retirement, even though kids with no money have many options when they get to college age, but parents with no money are option-less when they try to retire.

Depending on the U.S. Government to help you when you retire is another great way to be broke. Especially when you understand that the Government is a business.

Now, if you had a billion dollars to spend, where would you spend it? Would you spend it on small and BIG business in the hope that these corporations bring in BIG profits, and therefore have to pay BIG TAX back to you? Or would you spend that billion dollars to make elderly people comfortable, and get nothing monetary in return. Well whatever your answer is, I think that we all know what their answer is.

With this in mind, waiting on Social Security, Government Healthcare and other benefits to save you is really a good way to lose out in the end.

Procrastinate

This is truly the greatest way for you to go under. Whatever decision that you make regarding your finances why not just wait till tomorrow?! And when tomorrow comes, just wait until the next day. Procrastination is so beautiful. It ensures that nothing ever gets done. So whatever you want to do when it comes to your finance (drawing up a spending plan, saving, investing etc, etc), just dont do it! This way it will surely never get done.

Urban Myths of Finance (Subscribe To Them Please).

The following are some great myths to subscribe to if you dont want to be financially independent

A Penny Saved is a Penny Earned

While originally this phrase was probably uttered with true and good intentions, it has now become one of the biggest lies that has ever been told! This lie has become so big that companies will now jack up the price of their goods and then give you a special customer card which will allow you to pay the regular price and SAVE the difference.

Everything now is always on sale. People now go out and Earn money every day. If you live in an apartment complex, it would be perfectly reasonable for you to go out and spend $1000 on a riding lawn mower. Why? Because this lawn mower normally sells for $2000. You just earned a thousand dollars. At this point most people dont realize that if you dont need something you arent really saving money, you are just blowing less money.

So if you want to be broke, then just keep Earning money.

Debt Equals Wealth

One sure way for you not to be wealthy is to shift your focus from wealth to net worth. Net worth is a fictitious number that represents your financial worth. You see, if Kenny has a $200,000 house (paid for) and $5 in a bank account. Kennys Net worth is $200,005! But truth be told, Kenny only has $5 dollars. His net worth cant even get him an Extra Value Meal.

Outside of selling his house, in order to get his hidden money, Kenny has to BORROW it. Borrowing Power is a great thing to strive for when you want to be broke. The more money that you can borrow, the better. Dont worry about accumulating ACTUAL MONEY. Worry about accumulating the ability to borrow money if you need to (which you will if you dont have any money).

The Economy is…

One of the best things that you can do to fail at personal finance, is to buy into Mass Medias view of the economy. People talk about how bad the economy is now. But when you look at the statistics, the vast majority of Americans are two paychecks away from bankruptcy, and it has been that way for decades! So was the economy ever good? Is the economy bad now, or worse?

A lot of people (even though they havent been directly affected) are now being more frugal and are moving towards saving money now because of this bad economy. So it stands to reason that if we all thought the economy was bad all along, that we would have saved a lot more money and moved away from blowing all of our money to these big corporations.

Maybe the idea that the economy was good was all a part of the master plan. Personal finance is just that Personal! How do you think Bill Gates economy is right now? Now listen, Im not here to tell you that we are not in a recession. Wait let me take that back. I am telling you that we are not in a recession. We are in a DEPRESSION (by some financial measures).

My point is simply this. You obviously cant control the overall economy. All you can control is you. So if you want to be broke, one of the best ways to do so is to focus on what you cant control. Focus on what the media tells you. This will guarantee that you never reach Financial Independence.

Well that brings us to the conclusion of this article. I hope that you have learned a few tips on what to (or what not to) do to end up completely broke.

Susan G. Komen for the Cure has stopped funding breast cancer screening and educational programming on breast health run by fellow US-charity Planned Parenthood and its affiliates. The Komen institute cites an ongoing investigation, while Planned Parenthood blame political pressures.

Planned Parenthood received nearly $700,000 from the Komen Foundation last year alone. In the last five years, the funding from the foundation has granted 170,000 women breast exams.

Leslie Aun, a spokesperson for the Komen Foundation, said the organization adopted a new rule that does not allow grants or funding to be awarded to organizations that are under legal investigation. Komen’s policy disqualified Planned Parenthood due to a pending investigation on how Planned Parenthood spends and reports its money that is being conducted by Representative Cliff Stearns. Stearns is investigating whether taxes are used to fund abortions through Planned Parenthood in his role as chairman of the Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee, which is under the umbrella of the House Energy and Commerce Committee.

“While it is regrettable when changes in priorities and policies affect any of our grantees, such as a longstanding partner like Planned Parenthood, we must continue to evolve to best meet the needs of the women we serve and most fully advance our mission,” Aun said.

Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood, said, “While this is deeply disturbing and disappointing, we want to assure women who rely on Planned Parenthood for breast care that we’re still here for them, and we always will be. The new fund we’re launching to support these services will ensure that the Komen Foundation’s decision doesn’t jeopardize women’s health.”
